April 14-15, 2018

4/13/2018

This Weekend in Worship

Preaching: Pastor Craig Brown

Sermon:
"God’s Mission of Sending"
Our missional directive from God has been described as having four charges:
1) Come to Me - which we do in Baptism,
2) Go for Me - which we do in social justice,
3) Stay with Me - which we do when we keep the faith throughout our life and
4) Come WITH Me - which is the final call to be with Jesus eternally.
We'll look at all four and how they relate to the gospel and our missional life.

Our Current Worship Series:

Life given meaning by God’s Mission.

Durring Lent we "Made Room for God" by clearing out the clutter in our homes and schedules. Now, we make room for the resurrection life of God. During this Easter season we make room for life to be given meaning and shape by the resurrection and the mission of God’s love for the world.

What does it look like when God’s life and mission find a place in my life?
