It's not so much about formation (teaching)--although there is some of that--as it is about the total transformation of each person into the likeness of Christ through the practice of spiritual disciplines (experiential).  We do this by providing opportunities for the Holy Spirit to do its transforming work through one-to-one spiritual direction and group offerings like lectio divina, group spiritual direction, spiritual retreats, prayer ministry, and Renovare Spiritual Transformation Groups.
