Welcome to First Lutheran

 Welcome Men!

A group of 35 men from our church had a great time watching the Cardinals beat the Dodgers 4-2 on a beautiful Saturday in July.  We enjoyed good food and guy movies along the way and made some new friends in the faith.

Guys Get a Kick Out of Titans

Titans Game a Hit An energetic group of 16 guys from our church enjoyed taking in a Titans game at the end of March. The guys gathered in the church parking lot for a “tailgate” or grilled hamburgers then walked over to newly renovated U.S. Cellular Center to watch Cedar Rapids indoor football team. Our church got a shout out from the announcer and our name appeared on the big screen, the Titans got a win, and the guys had some good Christian bonding with each other. Thanks to The Guy Squad for planning and hosting the great cookout and game night!
